Exceptional big apartments for in the city. All facilities you need are there, including well equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer. Staff is friendly, view is amazing, and you have a private balcony. Absolutely 10/10.

I called the reception after checking in at 1230am to ask about if I could change my beds/room to one single bed, his colleague answered, after hearing the conversation he took the initiative to bring up to my room the bed sheets for a king bed and he proceeded to help me out at 1am to join my 2 twin beds to a single king bed.
Went out of his way even though it was the job of room service, which was already off duty at 1am!
The initiative, service excellence and call to duty shown by him, to provide customers a good experience is exceptional!
We stayed for 9 nights and could not fault this property. Rooms were really good for that length of stay and were equipped with everything. Location was really great. Highly recommend.

Slipped and fell at the swimming pool due to inappropriate flooring then seeing another 2 people slip at different times.
River view involves trains all night long police sirens and people yelling.
Double glazed windows only in bedroom that do nothing to stop the noise anyway.
Whilst in a great location with easy parking and having clean rooms , the restaurant and Gym are not onsite , the access to cable is limited and not ideal and the rooms are dated with out of date flat screens not in HD make viewing free to air extremely limiting , there are no casting abilities , balcony is more a service balcony than an additional space .
The staff were super friendly and accomadating to our additional request and the cost was more than reasonable .
This hotel is at an awesome location surrounded by everything you need. Almost all the attractions are at a walkable distance. There are a lot of options for food around the hotel. The staff were welcoming. The rooms are spacious, clean and had all the basic necessities. The views from the room is also good.
Loved staying here 11 years ago and loved staying here now friendly staff rooms are beautiful and really well maintained. So close to casino market aquarium everything we need is in walking distance we will definitely be back again
